By allowing someone who works for Chanin Design, LLC onto your property you accept that Roger Chanin and/or Chanin Design, LLC are not responsible for any damages or unintentional spread of germs or disease such as COVID-19. Chanin Design, LLC does take safety very serious and will wear an N95 mask while at property owners request.
It is important to understand Roger Chanin and/or Chanin Design, LLC when helping you design a space that is intended to prevent the spread of infectious disease (including flu and COVID-19) cannot guarantee any level of prevention of the spread of infectious disease (including flu and COVID-19) therefore the Recipient and/or client agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to hold harmless and indemnify Roger Chanin and/or Chanin Design, LLC from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising or allegedly arising from the spread of infectious disease (including flu and COVID-19).

BILLING
In order to protect you (the client) and since Roger Chanin and/or Chanin Design, LLC bills by the hour on many projects we promise to hold ourselves accountable and bill accurately via time spent on the job. Our standard rates are between $40-120 an hour depending on the scope of work and Roger Chanin and/or Chanin Design, LLC promise to reflect hours spent accurately on receipts given to clients!
It is your responsibility to pay Roger Chanin and/or Chanin Design, LLC for work done in a timely manner (as listed on the invoice). If Roger Chanin and/or Chanin Design, LLC does not receive payment after attempting via email and phone at least (1) time to contact you they are within their legal rights to seek legal aid and to follow all guidelines to collect payment as established by the Federal Trade Commission (see: https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/rules/rulemaking-regulatory-reform-proceedings/fair-debt-collection-practices-act-text)
